Alternity customizes its working arrangements with its partners to fit their needs – offering Co-Development or Fee for Development Services to develop the project for the partner.

TWO DEVELOPMENT ARRANGEMENTS
1. AWP and Partner enter into a Co-Development arrangement based upon an agreed upon project ownership percentage for each party with a development fee paid to AWP for development services.
2. AWP enters into a Development Management Services agreement with the project owner on a fee basis.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PERFORMED BY AWP
Full Development Services including but not limited to:
- Obtain all the local, provincial, national authorizations and any other permits necessary through Completion of development
- Manage and oversee all environmental studies and regulatory requirements
- Obtain all necessary landowners agreements (private and public)
- Handle all local landowner interactions
- Obtain electrical grid interconnect and transmission permits
- Ensure all COMSEARCH and FAA regulations/requirements are met
- Review of FCC requirements
- Identify potential utilities to purchase the energy produced by the Project
- Conduct PPA/Energy Off-take Negotiations
- Installation of maintenance of anemometer towers for each Project
- Validation of the wind resource
- Initial review of the Geo-tech status of Project site
- Oversight of initial site Mapping and Surveying
- Oversight of Initial Technical Design of Wind farm layout
- Oversight of Initial Civil Roadwork’s plan
- Oversight of Initial Technical Design of Wind farm Electrical System
- Support of Turbine selection, sourcing, negotiations and procurement
- Support of Turbine & Tower Transport & Logistics agreements
